Sport Central is a dedicated non-profit organization located in Edmonton, Alberta, that has been serving the community since December 6th, 1991. Our mission is clear: we empower children aged 4-17 from families facing financial hardships by collecting, repairing, and redistributing gently used sports equipment. We cater to kids from Red Deer to northern Alberta, ensuring that every child has access to the joy of sports.
With over 48 donation locations in the Greater Edmonton Area, we make it easy for community members to contribute. Beyond just collecting equipment, our organization is committed to reducing landfill waste by recycling materials and refurbishing sports gear. Sport Central is about more than just sports; it’s about building relationships and changing lives through the power of play.
